The condo was clean upon arrival; however, there are several things future guests should know in advance.The listing notes laundry, but it is coin-operated and located at the Ranch clubhouse, not in the unit or building. Laundry details were not clearly disclosed, nor were the clubhouse location or limited hours explained. The amenities list also includes a sauna, but there is no sauna at the Ranch clubhouse.We expected dated condo but the level of wear & maintenance issues were beyond. The appliances are extremely old and loud, and both the bathrooms and kitchen show heavy wear. The kitchen cabinets are peeling from water damage. Both bathroom exhaust fans are extremely loud and rattle significantly, sounding close to failing. The noise was so disruptive that we avoided using the lights in the master shower to keep the fan from running, which meant showering in the dark. The hall bathroom door also does not lock, which was very inconvenient for a family stay.The hall bathroom flooring is badly deteriorated from moisture exposure and there’s a large hole left unrepaired. Additionally, the living room TV was very slow to respond and frequently lost connection, requiring repeated resets.Overall, the stay was workable but challenging. Clearer communication about amenities and basic maintenance updates would greatly improve the experience and set more accurate expectations.
