Here at the Bluff Condos, you'll enjoy access to the community's seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub overlooking the mountains, as well as a sauna to relax you after a day spent on the slopes.

As you enter this second-floor condo, you'll be greeted by an impeccably decorated living space with large windows and an open layout that bring in a wealth of alpine sunshine. The contemporary kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, a high-top table made from natural wood, and an open window that peeks into the adjacent bunk room. In the living room, you can curl up by the wood-burning fireplace, stream a movie on the Smart TV, or open the doors to the deck to let in the mountain breeze. Free high-speed WiFi is provided as well to help you plan your next skiing, hiking, or mountain biking excursion.

Ski shuttle details: Bus to Ketchum, Sun Valley, or either ski mountain comes by below the Bluff Condo Complex on Elkhorn Road. Use path descending to lower road level from pool complex for quickest access. It is a .5 mile walk around Horseshoe Rd to get to the bus stop in the winter. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
