”Absolutely immaculate property. Maybe cleanest and most well put together rental property we've ever stayed at. Great location for Cowes and Phillip Island in general. Minutes to main restaurant and shopping area. We had 3 adults, 4 kids and with 3 large beds, 1 single, and 2 sitting areas it was plenty of space for all. And the cherry on top was the ease of arrival and departure.. The easiest positive review Ive ever had to make.”

”The location was excellent, although the photos gave the impression it was right on the beach, rather than nearby. Nicely equipped. Could have done with some wifi but not critical. Games room was good. Nice place. Had a great weekend”

”The property was perfect for us. 8 adults and 2 children aged between 2 and 70. The amount of space - both the house and the grounds ensured everyone could enjoy quiet time if so desired. The amenities were fabulous, everything we needed for family meals, loved the two decking areas and the views to the water. Great location - able to walk to our favourite fish and chip shop in the world. Would love to stay there again.”

”Clean and comfortable. Some concerns with lack of railing on deck and steps and step down to dining area as there were 5 elderly people staying. All in all a perfectly acceptable property. The short walk to the beach was enjoyed by our dogs and family.”

”We had a lovely weekend staying at your property, enjoyed the firepit on the cool evenings. The beds were comfortableand there was enough space and plenty of toys and games to entertain the children. They did have fun with the karaoke machine. The location suited us well as you can easily walk down to the beach in 5-10 minutes and it is close to the cafes and restaurants.”

This was meant to be a family get away to relax but sadly the following prevented this:The online photos failed to show significant cracks in the dining area.The outside decking is dated and in need of replacing, panels are loose and screws were found scattered across the floor.The back gate did not close and was constantly opening in the wind.The hot tub took an age to heat up, and...
