”Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. At the end of the day, the four of us were left alone at the river bank for 45 minutes waiting for he bus...

”We loved it here. Such an amazing place. It’s remote, but the signage was good and our driver found it. Probably best to get there during the day. We took a chocolate making class and went on the night walk in the jungle. It is an eco resort, so don’t expect hot showers, which is usually a deal breaker for me. But the place was so nice we were very happy we stayed here. ”

”Le site est très bien et le personnel très amical. Les infrastructures ont vraiment besoin d’être améliorées. Par exemple des palapas recouverts de plastiques et la difficulté à réguler la température de l’eau dans la douche. L’eau de la piscine est brouillée. La nourriture et le service sont très bien.”
