”Was originally put off with the BROWN Paint on the external metal as it appeared old and rusted. I was incorrect, the place is new and the paint was new. Just an optical illusion. They supplied Fresh Bread and Local Jams. Being Country people they offered a warm welcome. Down stairs double bedroom, with door, Upstairs was Double Bed and Single Bed, in an open environment. Accomodation was immaculate with all the Kitchen utensils and plates and bowls etc. Great for a country get away”

”From the time we reached there, Allan and Loraine made us feel welcomed as if we were visiting family or friends.The property was super clean, very well supplied and they seem to have carefully considered little details to make the experience great - things like there is a small torch in keychain for example. The porch has amazing mountain views and you can enjoy perfect sunset. They are also beekeepers, they offered us free honey tasting and samples. We really liked it and purchased some of it....

Yet, we were only 10 minutes from the heart of Bathurst, which made exploring the local area easy and enjoyable. We thoroughly loved our stay and couldn’t recommend Old Alloway...

”My daughter and I with our dog Charlie had a fabulous 3 night stay. Tiny home was perfect and exactly as described. Beds were so comfortable - including the fold out. We got meal packs which made it even easier. Charlie enjoyed the runs in the front paddock. Plenty of walks, sunsets and sitting around the fire. Family were in the other tiny house and they were separate for privacy and your own space but close enough to hang out together. We plan to come back. Highly recommend. ”

”Our family of 4 visited the area around Oberon to go fossicking and Hillcrest Farm Stay was a fabulous place to stay. The accommodation was very comfortable, warm and well equipped. The kids particularly enjoyed the fire pit in the cold weather! The host, Neil, was very responsive in the lead up, and also hospitable and attentive during our stay. We will definitely be back!”

”This is a great property with 4 large bedrooms and ensuite. Two seperate living areas, seperate dining and deck areas make it ezy to unwind. Our group found it very functional and relaxing with OMG (great) views. Heaps of outdoor space, parking and access on the property is very easy. Samson is a great host, prompt response, always polite and wanting to do everything he can to make sure our stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Would recommend.”
