”Jay at the counter had me checked in and ready to relax in record time. Great personality and super helpful. The room was fresh and clean. Slept soundly with no disturbances or noise. ”Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. I have video and photos. Also, no hot tub. This was a Christmas gift to each other. Our stay was under welming. ”

”Great Hotel, great room, one disappointment, the toilet, a little kid's toilet like the one you would find in a kindergarten bathroom. Seat height 12 inches from the floor. Disgusting, for anybody 6' foot tall its miserable. At least change a couple of rooms to the new toilets that came out 15 years ago and are 19-20" seat height. This is an easy fix. Couple of rooms done for around $800.

”I would like to express our deepest gratitude for the extraordinary service we received. While the entire staff was very kind, the help we received during our departure left us speechless.
On Thursday, February 12th, our car wouldn’t start as we were trying to leave. My 81-year-old husband went inside to ask for help, and a staff member came out immediately with an incredible attitude of service. I unfortunately missed his name, but his helpfulness was outstanding: he noticed a nut was missing...

”I really enjoyed staying at this Hotel. The entry looks gorgeous, the room is clean, staffs are super nice and helpful, parking easy around the Hotel and love the breakfast German style with the special Albendblum German Cake in the hot pan has prepared for invidual guest. Beautiful view looks through the mountain while the Sun is rising up in the early morning. Beautiful location and property for who loves the nature for refresh and healing mindful therapy. Highly recommend. And thank you again...
