I stayed at this property, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The entire area was full of trash, and the environment felt unsafe. Most of the staff were unhelpful. I didn’t have the Uber app and asked for help getting a taxi, but they told me to call myself. After I downloaded the app, I asked how to use it, and no one even looked at me despite asking multiple times.
Two front‑desk staff in particular were unprofessional: the man with the mustache spent the whole day talking to someone, and the woman kept telling me to “sit, I’ll get back to you,” but never did. I ended up figuring everything out on my own.
The hotel room itself had many issues: the phone didn’t work, the bedroom had no light or an open window, the AC didn't work when I was shivering, and the bathroom door lock was broken. I felt scared because people were smoking and wandering around outside.
The breakfast was also misleading — there was no good food, all carbs, junk, not even juice.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was truly an unpleasant and unsafe experience.
