This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath suite with a private entrance separate from the Main house. Has a living area, dining table, and shared laundry room in the garage.

I live on the property and am most responsive via the app.

In certain circumstances I can accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Please request this as early as possible so I can confirm whether I can accommodate or not.

Early Check In: 2pm instead of 4pm - $40 additional fee. Preferable 24 hours notice.

Late Check Out: $15/15 min after 11am. 2pm is the absolute latest late check out time.

Guests: Additional guests are $20 per night, kindly ensure your reservation is accurate with the number of guests booked. Not following that will be regarded as breaking house rules. Bringing more people than declared can be a house safety issue.

Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.
