”We did not have a very good stay. Upon arrival we were told that the water was going to be turned off the following day from 11:30am-3pm during which time we could not use the sink, shower or toilet. Needless to say this was quite inconvenient.
Additionally, housekeeping had not cleaned our room by 3:30pm. We told the front desk about it and they said they would have it taken care of right away, so we made sure to leave our room for the next hour. Upon our return, it had still not been cleaned....

Very disappointing experience.
I checked into my room and immediately noticed a strong unpleasant odor. The bed and mattress had a strong urine-like smell, making the room impossible to stay in.
I reported the issue to the front desk right away and requested another room. I was told the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. The only solution offered was changing the bed sheets, even though the odor was clearly coming from the mattress itself.
