Amazing House Private Beach & Dock, pelihuone, ei herätä, kapteeni Ronsin vieressä

Olemme rakentaneet perimmäisen lomakoti suurelle perheelle tai ryhmälle. Koti sijaitsee tasaisella tontilla (nolla portaita järvelle), jolla on oma yksityinen ranta. Pelihuoneen suunnittelun tilasi paikallinen taiteilija, joka suunnitteli teema-inspiroituja ravintoloita (kapteeni-rone, jerk shack jne.). Lisäämme jatkuvasti uusia meripeninkulman sisustuksia pelihuoneeseen ja telakointialueille, jotta se olisi entistä ainutlaatuisempi kuin kuvat. Asensimme 55 tuuman LCD-näytön, jossa on DVD-soitin, elokuvayöihin suurelle oleskelutilaan. Sohvakuopan sohvan asettelu voi pitää useita ihmisiä mukavasti. Kodissa on kaksi muuta televisiota, kaikissa on suora tv. Talo sijaitsee noin 125 metrin päässä kuuluisasta Captain Rons -kohdekohteesta (mukaan lukien ranta, yhtyeet, ruoka, hiekkalentopallo jne.). Perfect place for kids! The dock provided endless fun with the swings, lily pad, and net. The house was a great size for our party of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids) with it's open main floor and large kitchen island. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Using her recommendations on dining/attractions/jet ski rentals saved us time researching. We had an amazing time!

We had an amazing time on our trip. Sol Mate was a big part of that. Everyone had so much fun in the lake, getting to see turtles come up to shore, and playing on the dock. The lily pad was a huge hit with the kids.The close vicinity to Captain Ron's was also a plus.We were a little disappointed that the Ms. Pac-man arcade machine was not working, but we had plenty of other activities planned that it didn't effect the mood of the group. Also, the deck and dock might need a bit of maintenance as there were some popped screws/nails that were only an issue if you were in bare feet.All in all, they were great hosts and not too bothersome, only checking in to see if everything was going smoothly.

This was our 3rd time staying at Grandparent's Dream. We absolutely love the location, the house amenities, and the dock, which is where we spend most of our time. The no wake cove makes it perfect for hanging out in the water, or go exploring in one of the provided kayaks. Being within walking distance to Captain Ron's is a huge plus as well. Our family is hoping to come back to this location for many years to come.

Property was a lot of fun. Great space for our family, plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs. Our kids loved the large bedroom downstairs off of the game room. Will have to return in summer to swim and enjoy the water.

Fabulous Family Vacation!

We truly enjoyed our time here. This home is set up perfectly for a family with lots of room and things to do. The space was clean, nice bedding, full kitchen amenities and room for parking. We spent most of our time outside, utilizing the dock, kayaks, beach area and hot tub. The cove was quiet and roomy for floating around. The location was close to Captain Ron’s, which I thought may be noisy or distracting, but it was not at all. It was just a nice convenience. Per my 4 year old granddaughter, “Best vacation ever!”.

Over priced but nice house

We had a great time at this rental the home owners did a wonderful job with communication and check in. Although this was a fabulous home In my Opinion it wasn’t worth $7,000 a week. The beds were uncomfortable the couch was cheap and uncomfortable no TVs in the bedrooms the basement doors were broken and didn’t lock the speakers on the dock wouldn’t work although the owners did try to come fix them only one of the arcade games shown worked and the beach area has a bit of a drop off getting to the water not great for little ones and the hot tub was dirty and full of sand. Positives the house is updated and was clean. It’s walking distance to Captain Ron’s. The swings shown on the dock are kinda fun but don’t really swing great the net is only for lounging so almost more of a hassle to keep the kids from jumping on it

This property met the needs of our 3-generation family very well. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious enough for multiple cooks working on meal prep. The dock was the perfect spot to enjoy the hot sunny weather. The lilypad, kayaks and lawn games were enjoyed by all.

Summer family vacation

The house was absolutely perfect! The house and dock had everything we could have possibly needed to enjoy a lakefront stay. The host checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We loved being in the no wake cove so the kids could kayak around all they wanted. FYI: If you are looking to rent a boat, Rad Dad Boat Rentals does deliver the boat directly to the house! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Wonderful Lake House. We stayed here for our daughter's graduation with both sets of grandparents and it was perfect for all. House was fully stocked and very clean. The host was very easy to communicate with which was nice too. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Spring escape

Property and communication from owners was perfect. We always do an off season stay and have had to bring our dogs the past few times. It was great to find a pet friendly property with so many options. Since it is early spring you never know what the weather brings SolMate has great inside and outside options for activities. We will definitely be checking the calendar for openings next spring.

Family Spring Break

My wife and I are parents of three teenagers so we do not have many opportunities to spend time together due to sports, jobs, etc. Our week at Sol Mate was great. The pool table and arcade games were a hit with my son. The hot tub and dock were a hit with my daughters. We did some hiking and cave exploring while we were there. Most of our time was spent at the house. Plenty of room and everything was clean. It was a great time with family!

Thanksgiving at Sol Mate

We were so blessed to find this gem for our Thanksgiving week vacation with family gathering from Texas, Wisconsin, and Chicago. Such a beautiful setting and lovely house nestled right into a cove on Lake of the Ozarks. We were wishing we were here in warmer months to better enjoy the lake, but for a November gathering, the house and property had everything and more than we were looking for. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, even hung out on the dock. The game room was a hit with everyone! The bunk room had space for all the cousins to enjoy each other and be comfortable and the upstairs rooms had super comfortable beds and nice spaces for the adults. There were loads of extra linens available if needed as well as everything we needed to bring in all our groceries for our stay for 3 families and cook all our meals, including two fridges in the house and all kitchen needs for a foodie family. The host was super accommodating and helpful as we planned this get together and that made our stay everything we hoped it would be!

Perfect for our family

Beautiful home. Perfect for our family. It was everything we expected and more. The open kitchen, dining and living room was perfect for meals and relaxing. We hope to stay here again next year if she will let us!

Family Gathering

Our daughter got married at Weathered Wisdom Barn, and we chose to make Sol Mate our “headquarters” for the week, which could not have turned out better! Kristy was proactively communicative and so helpful answering questions and providing recommendations. Her property is exactly as advertised, and you can feel comfortable having guests of all ages stay with you. The location is quite convenient to the Highway so travel to / from surrounding towns is efficient. I’d happily stay here again should we return to Sunrise Beach.
