Upper Level features one step up into the home, entering through the open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Room all the way to the lake view! Kitchen features extra large island with seating, wine refrigerator, stainless steel appliances and concrete countertops. Great kitchen to gather 'round and chat while cooking! Dining Room features a 10 top table with 5 more seats at the breakfast bar. Living Room has a sectional, large TV, ceiling fan and a wall of windows providing a spectacular view of the Lake.

Down the hall you will find a lakeside Queen Bedroom, a lakeside King bedroom with TV and the Master bedroom with King bed and a private bathroom with heated floors. The full guest bathroom is located in the hall. All 3 first floor bedrooms have sliding doors to the open air deck with dining seating, a gas grill, and relaxing Lake view.

Continue downstairs to find a second family room with sectional sofa, large TV, ceiling fan and more Lake view windows. The game/utility room is located just off the family room and includes a large stack washer and dryer, extra refrigerator, ping pong table and dart board. Amazon Alexa provides music throughout both living rooms and kitchen. Board games, poker/cards, and books are available throughout each level of the house.

There are 2 lakeside Queen bedrooms, one with a TV, and a bedroom with 2 Twin beds. There are 2 pack-n-plays available for the littles in your crew and 2 Twin Air Mattresses. There is another full guest bathroom located in the hallway.

Outside, the large lakefront property has something to offer for everyone! The Upper Deck features a Natural Gas Weber Grill, and a 36" Natural Gas Blackstone Griddle. Enjoy the covered lower deck with plenty of seating, fenced back yard and lakeside gas fire pit. Enjoy the dock complete with a fish cleaning station as well as 2 swim platforms with 2 ladders! Bring your boat and your personal water craft! There is room for one boat under the dock cover (10x24ft slip), and two side ties for a second boat (26ft long) or your personal water craft. The ramp is at the end of the cove, providing easy access to the dock.
