âI stayed for a week and the clerk were awesome and helpful but the manager when I spoke to her about getting my bed changed about 4 days in acted like it was putting her out and said she would get to it if she had time. Place was filthy I wouldn't recommendâ

âIt was fine. I slept well, but I want to let you know that the front desk person was very hostile. She does not care about her job at all and seemed to want to be unhelpful. I was asking about where to park, about the shuttles and she bit off every word she said. it was very disconcerting.
Also, why in the world don't you have automatic doors? There we were all pushing with luggage.
Please mark where long term parking is.â

âThe room was very clean, however, the hotel was under construction. All three floors had construction going on, even in the hallways. Carpet was being laid, and I found numerous wood screws lying on the hallway, and one screw in the room. If I had stepped on one, it would have gone through the sole of my sneaker. âThe place is extremely clean and the rooms are laid out well and very comfortable except the pillows and the beds are really uncomfortable. The pillows are lumpy in the bed is like a rock. They really need to put a topper on the beds. Everything else was great, and the breakfast was very good. If the beds wouldâve been fine we wouldâve had an excellent night sleep, but we had two rooms and neither person of the rooms had a good night sleep for two nights.â
