Ihana 4 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpy ranta talo sijaitsee toivottavaa länsipäässä Sunset Beach, NC. National Geographic on äänestänyt 10 parhaimmaksi rantaksi. Et tule pettymään valkoisen hiekkarannan mailia, aaltoilevia dyynit ja suuri lintujen pyhäkkö. Lyhyen korttelin päässä rannalta ja varpaat ovat hiekassa. Saari on pyöräystävällinen ja siellä on maileja soita, joista voi tutustua kajakkilla tai veneellä. Lisäksi useita maailmanluokan golfkenttiä on lähellä usean mailin päässä. Ravintolat, kaupat ja ruokakaupat ovat lyhyen ajomatkan päässä vain sillan yli. Calabash, viehättävä katkaravuttava kylä, on lyhyen 5 mailin ajomatkan päässä ja tarjoaa runsaasti vintage-kauppoja, taidegallerioita ja ravintoloita, puhumattakaan viehättävästä Pikkujoesta.
Koti on sisustettu mukavuudellasi ja nautinnollasi mielessä. Rentoudu yhdellä monista kansista ja nauti uskomattomista auringonlaskunäkymistä. Auringonlaskun ranta on kuuluisa. Ulkoseulottu huone, jossa on oleskelualue, mukaan lukien riippumatto ja ruokapöytä, lisää asuintilaa, ja se on täydellinen paikka rentoutua tai nauttia ulkosalla aterioita. Kaasugrilli sijaitsee sopivasti lähellä suojattua huonetta. Kaksi kattotuuletinta pitävät huoneen miellyttävänä lämpiminä kesäpäivinä. Sisällä talossa on 4 makuuhuonetta. Suurella mestarilla on king-vuode muistivaahdolla, oleskelualue, iso vaatekaappi ja oma terassi. Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuodetta ja molemmissa oma terassi. Neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on kaksi kaksoset, jotka voidaan muuntaa king ja parivuode parivuode. Keittiö on täysin varustettu ja rento, tyylikäs sisustus takaa miellyttävän lomakokemuksen.

Loved our second visit to Pelican Hub!

Fabulous location so close to the peacefulness of Bird Island. Very manageable one block walk to the beach access. We enjoyed both screened porches this year - wonderful sunset views from the back porch. Kitchen is well-stocked. We appreciated the adult bikes and the beach chairs and wagon. We had a wonderful week at Pelican Hub and will look forward to another visit!

The location was good, the house is situated on the end of street so only had a house on one side of us. And the upper level screened in porch is on that side too making it a good place for viewing the sunset and enjoying morning coffee.I left my purse on kitchen table at check out and the host was quick to make arrangements for me to get it back.

Quick walk to the beach and comfy accommodations!

Super beautiful area, fairly quick walk to the sand, and the beds were comfortable! Only constructive criticism i’d offer is that a lot of the chairs, indoor and outdoor and the dining table were super duper creaky. Chalked it up to the salty air and use but would be nice if that could be updated or fixed. We would 100% stay again and are looking into it already for next year!

Amazing place to stay

We’ve stayed at a lot of different beaches in NC and SC and this is one of our favorites so far. The neighborhood was so nice and quiet! Absolutely stunning scenery and the house felt very comfortable. The walk to the beach was very doable and the cart definitely helped make things easier to carry; with two children, you amass a lot of gear quickly! Ha. We are already talking about coming back next year. Thank you for sharing your lovely home at this fantastic beach. This beach is my number one from now on for kids; extremely wide and very gently sloping made for awesome boogie boarding. Hoping to be back next year!!

Family and Friends One Last Hurrah

We enjoyed this cute cozy cottage esp. w/a stocked kitchen, bikes/beach chairs/sand toys and comfy beds. The walk to a nice beach access was longer than expected, and unfortunately lots of rain made us unable to use the multiple outside porches. The owners were very responsive when we had a few issues.

Met our needs well.

We stayed to attend a family beach wedding. We didn’t spend much time at the house, but very functional for our needs to sleep, shower, and eat breakfast. Dad loved the screened porch and the bikes were helpful!

Great Cottage in a great spot

We have stayed here multiple times of the last several years. We love the homey feel of this cottage. We appreciate the recent updates. Owners are easy to communicate with. We love being on the corner between 40th walkway and the Marsh areas. We are booked for next summer already.

Chisholm Family Summer Vacation

This is our third year staying at Pelican Hub and to say the least, we love it! The gorgeous beach is only a short walk away, and the house is perfectly designed to accommodate a family of various ages. There’s plenty of room for relaxing in the spacious living room, third floor deck, second floor screened in porch and first floor veranda. Can’t say enough about this fantastic place! Looking forward to our trip back here next Summer.

The location was wonderful, close to Bird Island, with the handy beach access. We loved the outside spaces - the screened porch on the back and the deck above were wonderful - and the family room was spacious. The bikes were a fun addition for our week. The host was extremely responsive and took care of the one issue that we had very quickly. We will plan a return visit!

Sunset Beach

This was the most amazing beach vacation I have ever had in all my 52 years. The house was spacious and comfortable, the host answered any questions kindly and promptly. We walked to the beach everday. It was an absolute joy to stay in this home in this sweet town.

Labor Day 2023

Right at Home

Pelican Hub is a wonderful place to stay! It has that "right at home" feeling. This was the second time we have stayed there and we always feel right home. The amenities are as presented, although maybe having a few more common kitchen items would be helpful. However, the home is well maintained and improvements have been made to keep the house up to date. We would highly recommend Pelican Hub to anyone and the owners are fantastic at staying in communication and available if needed.

wonderful beach house

We enjoyed our stay! The beach is a block from the boardwalk to the beach, so it was an easy stroll. There was a cart to carry items and one of the boardwalks has a a ramp which makes it easy to get to the beach with the cart. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. There are multiple porches plus the screened porch on ground level (with a bonus fridge for beverages etc). All of the kitchen items we needed, pots/pans/utensils, were available. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride in town and on the beach. I would recommend this beach home to friends!
