”One unusual thing about the Douglas is the lobby/check-in is located on the 6th floor. Ground level is essentially empty, no doorman, or staff just elevators. As Marriot Bonvoy members they gave us their penthouse suite for an additional amount. So penthouse 1677 turned out to be a huge bi-level two bedroom suite with a pool table, bar, kitchen, and wrapped around 3-sides of the entire building.
