”This property is absolutely disgusting and is a health hazard the dumpsters were overflowing with trash and not just hotel trash, but additional household trash and furniture spilling into the parking lot. The hallways had trash and litter and stains everywhere. Doors to the outside were propped open with garbage bags. The first room I was given, had pet hair all in the sheets and wasn’t clean. ”This place has true old southern hospitality. The whole town was like that! We visited everywhere. No disappointments. The hotel was magnificent. We just returned from Japan. Hospitality there second to none and the Peabody and Memphis felt the same.”

”Reservation was easy through website, upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk clerk who a very pleasant voice when you are so very tired. I was checked in expeditiously, and informed of all the amenities including breakfast times. Went up to my room extremely clean, already cooling down (which is a perk these days) well stocked and I felt a little hungry. They have a little store with some frozen foods, snacks and sundries. Overall a very good stay, I will use this hotel in futur travels.”

”They had one first day of the room was clean. Breakfast was on point hot tub was really good and relaxing and a room was so amazing fireplace back and you can sit down and relax and watch over the building. It was something I’d enjoy and let’s get.”

”The carpet was filthy they didn’t clean my room or change my towels the entire 6 night stay. The air filters were cluttered with dust and looks like they have never been changed before. The tub look disgusting with paint chips every where. The entire room was dusty. Everything about the stay was terrible and I want a refund.”
