”Had to move rooms at 10:30pm after returning from a dip in the lukewarm hot tub because our balcony door on 1st floor would not lock. No working phone in any of the rooms to contact front desk, tv remote control didn’t work in 2nd room we were moved to and woke up to wet floors due to condensation. Strongly recommend they focus on maintaining the property, fix the hot tub and most importantly make the rooms safe to stay in including doors that lock.”
