”Every staff member was polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice and spacious with a kitchen that was stocked with dishes and anything necessary to make a meal. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. A breakfast buffet is available daily, with a wide variety of options. We found the location convenient. You can get downtown in 20 minutes.”

”No receipt was given to me when I had to check out early. We got there and there was a sign smoking 25ft from the door and someone was smoking next to the door and well as in there room on the third floor. Was kept up from running foot steps from the floor above me. Shower had a used soap and toothpick on top.”

”A hidden gem. Beautiful, clean rooms, fluffy clean sheets, new towels, hard wood floors, we also got a private balcony. A speaker in the room is a nice touch, the staff was nice. Front desk doesn't answer the phone sometimes if they're busy but they call right back. Would stay here again! ”

”The type of room we booked wasn’t available at check-in. The hotel didn’t bother to notify us but did manage to send us an email about the parking fee. The hotel did put us in another type of room, but the sense was the hotel staff knew we couldn’t cancel. If we did we’d lose our money, so take it or leave it.”

”The room wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there. The 3rd day, they emptied the trash and reset the towels, but nothing else. They didnt even make the bed. It was a bit disappointing.”

”This place is the worst place to stay at. Not higyenic at all. Barely any service and super rude people. The place it’s nasty and smells bad. There was even blood marks in the floor. The towels were dirty and no security at all. When checkout was close the recepcionist opened our room door without any permission while we were in bed still. He was literally screaming at me telling me to get out already. DONT STAY HERE.”
