”This hotel was under construction, which I did not know when I made the reservation. The front desk and entry were closed. Instead tables and computers were set up in a hallway beside a side door. It was necessary to use a service elevator, which was understandably often busy. There was no breakfast. The room key had to be rekeyed daily. I tried reaching someone via the phone numbers published just to get AvantStay… not the actual person at the property. Arrival was a disaster, but once we finally got checked in, the room was nice. But we were very disappointed to find the rooftop lounge area advertised was an AI rendering. We love promoting boutique hotels and honestly we prefer...

”Things happen.. found used condom on bedroom floor which they came the very next morning and cleaned our entire suite for us. The staff and housekeeping were very nice. The pullout isn’t for an adult. Had stains which I bought stuff to clean it but my 18 year old son had to sleep on small couch with legs on floor and he is 6 feet tall and scoliosis so basically no bed. The mattress for the pullout was very thin and bar in middle of it stuck in his back. The gym was nice and we liked the hotel...
