Guests have full access to the apartment, private rooftop, shared pool and gym, and secure parking. Check-in is easy with a lockbox for self check-in.
Other things to note
Breaching the house rules may result in:
• A $500 fine,
• Additional compensation for damages or extra cleaning costs, and
• Immediate eviction without refund
• This apartment complex has a very strict no-smoking policy
• No glass is permitted inside the pool areas
