PROPERTY DETAILS
The property has a driveway beside the house with parking at the rear for two vehicles. Additional parking is available on the street directly in front of the house.

The keys for entry into the house for the duration of your visit, are in a key safe, allowing you quick and easy access. The code for the lock box will be sent to you prior to your visit.

The house has 4 bedrooms:
Master Bedroom - 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 x Double Bed
Bedroom 4 - 2 x Single Beds

The original beach house house is open, airy, clean, rustic, fully air-conditioned throughout. Pet Friendly beach across the road.

A large outdoor verandah looks straight out on the Pacific Ocean, or take 20 steps and walk straight on to the beach.

The kitchen has all accessories, including fridge, oven, cook top, microwave, pans, crockery, cooking implements and cutlery.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

This is an older beach house with original bathroom and fittings. If you are after modern then this is not for you!

A polite reminder that this is NOT, a party, function or event space. If you want that, we would politely suggest you book elsewhere. We value your peace and quiet, as well as those of all of our neighbours.

We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful waterfront house and the well being of our neighbours. The property has a noise monitoring device. This high tech device does not record conversations, only the volume of sounds. Located on back verandah If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.



The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean. if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette butts/cigarette smell/burns (which we will have cleaned or repaired) these will all be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs.

We are a pet friendly property but ask that pets are not allowed in carpeted areas or on bedding or furniture. You are also asked to clean up after your pet or an additional fee will be charged. The beach across the road is pet friendly.
