This unit is located on level 2.



Dulkara is less than a 1 minute walk to the patrolled area of Kings Beach, a popular and family friendly spot. You will find a great selection of beachfront cafes within a 2 minute walk from the unit - great for a morning coffee and a walk along the boardwalk which is also only 50 metres or so from the building.



Bulcock beach, Happy Valley and the main street of town is easily walked too via the boardwalk, about a10 minute stroll. You will be able to experience all at Kings Beach and surrounds has to offer from Dulkara, and it is perfect for both small families or senior couples being in such a convenient location that you don't need to use your car.

Linen

Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Undercover parking for 1 vehicle (2m height clearance)



Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
