The Space:

Magnificent new 4-bedroom Coolum beach house showcasing northern ocean views for miles along Coolum Beach and beyond. 'Ocean View' features multiple living spaces, an outdoor patio and entertaining area with BBQ capturing every view, and overlooking a sparkling inground pool. There are 3-bedrooms on the entry level, whilst the 4th bedroom is a special retreat on the lower floor with a master bedroom, ensuite, full kitchen and private deck that flows out to the pool and garden.



On the entry level, enjoy open plan living and dining as the fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the covered deck with ocean views for miles. The deck features a BBQ and dining table to enjoy a long brunch or twilight aperitivo. This level also includes a central living area and the master bedroom with its incredible sea views and ensuite. There are two other bedrooms on this level featuring a Queen Bed and a bedroom with 2 x singles, a main bathroom, powder room and the laundry. The kitchen is a stunning, fully-equipped area with gas stovetop and wok burner, electric oven, dishwasher, Breville coffee machine (with hand lever & ground beans required) with a view from every corner. The open plan design and stone top breakfast bench ensure the kitchen is the hub of the house when preparing those delicious casual meals. The timber dinning table has 8 chairs and on the deck there is another 8-seater outdoor dining setting.

The lower level is accessed by stairs and features a real private retreat - a large bedroom with King Bed (that can be split into 2 x singles on request if needed), an ensuite and a beautiful new full kitchen and bench for chic dining with views over the pool deck and gardens. The retreat features a quality sofa bed in the room that can comfortably sleep 1 adult or 2 children. There is a specially-built ping pong table room nearby, and double garage access for this level also.

Entry Level:

Bedroom 1 - King bed and ensuite

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed

Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single beds

Bedroom 2 and 3 share a main bathroom with bath and shower.

Lower Floor:

Bedroom 4 - King bed (default) can be split to make 2 x singles on request, with ensuite with shower and toilet. Includes sitting room with a Queen sofa bed. If you require, the king to be made into 2 singles please let us know at the time of booking or at least 2-weeks out from arrival in writing. Additional housekeeping costs for changes if house keeping is required to attend will be passed on.

Rates:

Rates include all household linen and standard departure clean. Rate for up to 10 guests – foldout couch sofa bed is available on request to sleep 2 x additional guests, if you require the cleaners to set it up please let us know, otherwise linen for sofa bed will be left in this room for guest set up.

Please Note we cannot accept requests to host Weddings or Celebration Gatherings. This home is for Holiday Accommodation purposes Only. All of our properties are located in quiet residential streets and excess noise is not tolerated.



Guest Access:

Park in the driveway to access keys from the lockbox, which is at the laundry door - on the left side of the house if standing in front of the front door. There is an onsite lockbox, and the code is released to you via sms and email at 2.45pm in time for your 3pm check in. There is another set of keys inside the property. On departure please leave keys as you found them - one inside the property, and other set in the lockbox and scramble the lockbox code.



The Neighborhood:

A quiet residential hilltop area, with beach access easily on foot.



Getting Around:

The property is 10-minutes to the nearest bus top, or 3-minutes by car to Coolum Village and its cafes, beaches and surf club.



Other Things to Note:

FRONT DOOR, very important note: Please note the front door is very heavy and when pulling it please try and not hit the door stop too hard, thank you!

ROCK GARDENS POOLSIDE, very important note: Please do not rearrange or play with rocks in the two rock gardens beside the pool, thank you!

SAUNA, very important note: Are not for guest use, thank you.

FIREPLACE in main lounge, very important note: Is decommissioned and not for use.

WHEN YOU GO OUT FOR THE DAY: Turn air-con off and shut all sliding doors/windows as storms can come in off the sea, and may wet floors or damage furniture.

GAS BOTTLES: The property's hot water is powered by 2 x 45kg gas bottles & the retreat's kitchen is powered by 2 x 8kg gas bottles - we always check these before your arrival but if you were to run out of hot water, simply go to the 2 x 45kgs on the left side of the house, turn the lever over to the new bottle (open the gas knob too on top of gas bottle itself too) and please inform us at pm@prestigeholidayhomes.com.au Please note it can take time for gas to enter the line when you switch over.

BABY ITEMS: Portacot in main bedroom WIR and high chair in lounge room beside dining table.



Interaction with Guests:

There is an onsite lockbox, and the code is released to you via sms and email at 2.45pm in time for your 3pm check in. There is another set of keys inside the property. On departure please leave keys as you found them - one inside the property, and other set in the lockbox and scramble the lockbox code.
