”Alan and Aryna were the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. A lovely warm greeting on arrival, a tour of our cabin and all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. ”Of all the places I stayed in NZ and Australia this was my favourite and I just wish we could have stayed longer. It is top of my list of places to come back and stay again. I absolutely loved it. The grounds are spectacular. The serenity was very welcome after some busy days. Loved the lake at sunset and sunrise. Great to be close to Noosa and Coolum but away from the hustle and whole “scene” but close enough to go in for beach time, dinner or hiking. This place was perfection!! ”

”We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is so very beautiful. My only note to the hosts would be to be a little clearer to guests that the kitchen doesn't have an oven, just the cooktop. (It was clear there was no microwave, but we were a little surprised there was no oven either). But we had a good adventure using the wood-fired pizza oven instead. Other than that tiny suggestion, we had a very lovely time.”

I was a bit taken aback on check in as it was not evident when booking that the cottage is actually a separate dwelling inside the bounds of the owner’s house. ”Really loved our stay here, perfectly appointed, very clean and in perfect condition with everything that we needed. Bed was very comfortable and it was super quiet most of the time. Loved being able to bring the dog along. Having the fence around the place was great so he could potter around. Communication was a bit difficult as the sites block links so we never saw the actual house rules, but that was pretty minor. ”Upon arrival, the cottage was presented as per the photos. The beds are super comfy, the cottage was very clean with lots of books and games to keep you entertained. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was a bit annoying is the property is located on a main street and the front bedroom can be a bit noisy. This may not be an issue if you are staying during the weekend, however, during the week the traffic noise can be disruptive to sleep. Recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper.”

”We loved our stay at country beach on Cassia Avenue. The accommodation was lovely - good spaces, clean and great kitchen facilities. Really enjoyed the spa after a day of driving. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend and we will stay again if visiting Coolum again”

”Delightful home on gorgeous grounds reminded us of summer holidays at the family estate when times were simpler and happier. Secluded yet offers easy access to surrounding towns. The beds are very comfortable, and it was lovely to wake up to birdsong every morning. Will definitely stay again for a longer stretch of time.”
