”The room was facing the ocean and the magnificent view was beyond words. However our room was in a state of advanced disrepair and lack of maintenance which included- a very large crack in the mirror behind the bed , a number of cracked bathroom tiles and a general need of some loving care. Certainly not good enough especially at such top rate prices!”

”Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot.”

”一年程前に、クリーンで、駐車場も安全で、オーシャンビューがとても良かったので、こんかい2回目の訪問でした。今回はマウンデビューの方に宿泊したのですが、三階で周りのビルしか見えない部屋だったので、マウンテンビューと書いてはいけないと思います。部屋も隣のビルから丸見えなので、カーテンを閉めるとなおさら綺麗なお部屋ですが、暗いイメージで残念でした。 ちょうど10時チェックアウトでドアから出ようとした瞬間、お掃除の人がノツクもしないで外から鍵を開けられて、ドアで、はちあわせになりました。着替えていたら？トイレに行っていたら？とこんなに簡単に部屋に入ってくるのかと思うとセキュリティ上で怖くなりました。”
