”This,was iur 2nd booking this month with them and both ended very good We always book Private suite not private rooms. You need to be sure read description and cheep are not the best .”

”Beds were comfortable and the breakfast selection was good. Starbucks coffee and they even had an iced caramel coffee.”

”Only I did not like on app said 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. This is reason I booked but only 1 restroom available. Even I called 2 days before verify 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom person said yes 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom. But wasn’t ”

”Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean. However, the walls are thin and people could be heard in the hallway throughout the night. ”

”The place was nice but, very expensive. The location was right next to the skytrain which was nice for heading into downtown Vancouver. ”

”The bed was messy and dirty. The bedsheets were not washed. Many things in the room are very old and need to be replaced. The bed frame and mattress need to be replaced. ”

”When we arrived the basement was freezing and heat panel was turned off. I scrambled to find the phone number to call a contact to ask how they could turn it on. I was told that they had central heating and if someone from one of the suites had opened a window the whole system would shut off. I asked the person if they could turn it back on he said he didn't know how to. Then I asked how were we going to sleep in the cold they said they could send someone with some portable heaters. I said...

”There was air and heat . But there was no ice machine, restaurant, or anything to purchase if hungry unless you used there vending machine. The person working the front desk was very quiet i had written them about getting a letter check out with zero response and i had messaged them at 7am . Basically its a decent place to sleep its not on the hogh end side but it was one of the cheaper hotels on the area”

”The owner was very helpful as we had a schedule change situation and when we requested if we could add extra day to our stay, they confirmed it ok right away. This location is good as walking distance to mall, food court, and train station.is about 20mins. Also close by are restaurants which is makes it convenient for eating out and have a nice quiet and relaxing walk back. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Bath soap Dove is a very nice touch! The dining and living room is small...

”The bed was amazing at this property. The mattress was firm. The pillows soft and comfortable. The view from Room A was unexpectedly good overlooking the Fraser River Valley. The parking is difficult, very crowded. I prefer coffee available in the room, but the downstairs kitchen had good access to coffee, tea, milk, and sugar. We explored Steveston Fisherman's Wharf on the Fraser River and Granville Island downtown Vancouver. This was a good central location. ”
