”My second visit to this hotel and I was not disappointed. I always book a room with access to the Club Lounge, as the variety, food and service are excellent. A special shout out to Puspah and the other staff in the Club, as they really look after you. PJ's bar on the roof is very good, plus it has an outdoor space for smokers that doesn't bother other guests. Very convenient for the Paradigm mall if you need to do some shopping or want alternatives to hotel food. ”

”Hotel is just next to Sunway Pyramid shopping mall and Sunway Lagoon theme park, but there is nothing else in the neighborhood. Buffet style breakfast had excellent variety all kind of food and staff were nice. Hotel is pretty new and everything feel like that. I would not choose this hotel/area without plans to visit Sunway Lagoon, but if you are going to visit then this hotel is good choise.”

”Great service, and excellent hotel. All the staff were helpful from people to help with luggage, reception and house keeping. Good location great room. Only negative is breakfast - provided by third party restaurant in the attached mall. It was ok, staff there were very helpful, not perhaps quality that I would expect from an otherwise excellent place.”
