”Check in and communication was good. Good location to be near to many points of interest and activities. Property description should have been updated to reflect details of AC and status of garage. The AC was 1 window unit in 1 bedroom upstairs. It was not sufficient to keep sleeping area cool, even with the property supplied fans. The downstairs was completely un-air conditioned. This may not have been an issue other times of the year but it was exceptionally hot during our stay, and that is...

”Cute house across the bridge from Duluth. Perfect for our mountain biking trip. We appreciated the central air and comfy bed after a hot day of riding, and the garage was a nice bonus for safely storing our bikes. While we didn't use it, the kitchen was well-appointed. Lots of nice touches here and there. Great base camp for 1-2 couples or a small family!”

”We had a group of 12—3 couples, each with 2 adult children. It was a family reunion of sorts. The space was clean and well-stocked. The floor plan allowed for lots of socializing upstairs, with serious card games on the dining room table. The basement was the perfect hangout for the twenty-somethings. We cooked every evening meal in the house, and the kitchen had all the utensils and cooking supplies we needed. We grilled burgers and brats on the deck one night - delicious!! On this trip, we did...

”It’s a rustic cozy house with a Grandmas place vibe. We enjoyed the fenced in backyard with the hot tub and fire pit. The kids enjoyed the game room amenities as well. Pictures are perfect, and this place is well kept in similar fashion. Everything was as expected and the price point was the best point!”

”My son and daughter, and their children, ages 9, 11, 13, and 16 all had a great time at this VRBO for 5 days. There was space for everyone to be together, and space for them to do things separately or in separate groups. It is ideal for a large group. The appliances and furnishings are of high quality and we had no issues with anything.”

”Nice place. Nice location. Hot tub was great. Would recommend.”

”This is a new, clean property with large bedrooms and bathrooms. It worked perfectly for us (3 adult couples).”

”The place was very cute and well laid out. Unfortunately I don’t think the host had time to clean after a previous guest - there was dog fur everywhere so I had to take allergy meds in order to be able to sleep. If the place had been clean it would have been absolutely perfect!”

”Great place to bring young kids! A crib and highchair were available as well as kid friendly plastic dishes. The stairs have retractable gates and no childproofing necessary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.”

”Everything was great and as described. The host was proactively communicating and made the stay very easy and enjoyable. Definitely will be back! ”
