A fully equipped open kitchen serves the living area and includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this floor for added convenience. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms each feature a French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and direct access to a 5 m2 balcony offering beautiful views of the sea.
