Tämä 2 tarinainen koti sisältää käänteisen pohjapiirroksen, jossa on suuret kannet. Sijainti on kaiken tämän ominaisuuden kanssa, sillä ranta on suoraan kadun toisella puolella. Ravintolat, leikkipaikka, karkkikauppa ja jäätelö ovat vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Hardwoods ovat koko talon ja molemmissa makuuhuoneissa. Matto sijaitsee kolmessa muussa makuuhuoneessa.

Koti sisältää kaksi master-sviittiä (sopii erinomaisesti perheille). Jokainen toisessa ja kolmannessa kerroksessa. Toisen kerroksen mestariin kuuluu 60 "älykäs HDTV, kun taas kolmannessa kerroksessa on 42" älykäs HDTV.

Nukkuu 10 mukavasti, jossa on tilaa ilmapatjoille (queen-ilmapatja sisältyy hintaan)

Ylimmässä kerroksessa sijaitseva keittiö on avoinna ruostumattomilla laitteilla, graniitti työtasoilla ja saarella, jossa on baarituoli 6: lle. Ruokapöydässä on kuusi tuolia ja penkki, johon mahtuu mukavasti 8-10 henkilöä. Keittiö on täysin varustettu valmistamaan aterioita aamiaisesta päivälliselle.

Keittiön vieressä on rauhallinen olohuone, josta on näkymät merelle. Electonicsissa on 65-tuumainen LED Smart TV ja BluRay-soitin.

Tarjolla on myös langaton nopea internetyhteys ja kaasugrilli.

Ehkä tämän kodin parhaat ominaisuudet ovat talon edessä olevat suuret kannet. Nauti aurinkoa ylimmässä kerroksessa tai vain istua ja nauttia kauniista merinäköalasta yhdessä tarjotuista keinutuoleista.

Suuri yksityinen uima-allas sijaitsee takapihan aidan sisällä lopullista lomaa varten. Uima-altaan vieressä on lämmin ja kylmä vesi.

Olemme asentaneet allaslämmittimen. Jos haluat, että uima-allas lämmitetään koko vuokra-ajalla, sovelletaan 250 dollarin maksua.

Avaimeton avaimen lukitusjärjestelmä, joten avaimia ei tarvitse kuljettaa.

Liinavaatteet ja kylpypyyhkeet kaikille makuuhuoneille on tarjolla muistopäivänä työpäivään vain viikoittain. Pellava maksu vuokra alle 7 päivää on 75 dollaria. 00.

The beach was beautiful - never crowded. The house offered lots of family gathering room. Really everything we needed was there. It is a beautiful and spacious home. The owners were wonderful to work with - quick communicators - we so appreciated that. Our whole family voted to do it all again as soon as possible.

Perfect second row house with views to the ocean and beach access right across the street. Pool was great and the artificial turf was a nice touch in the back yard off the pool deck. Spacious living spaces. Would definitely stay again.

First time to Holden and we have already rebooked this house. It was right across the street from the beach, kids loved the heated pool and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. Can't wait to return!

We have stayed at several beach houses in Holden that were all very nice!! But this one takes the cake! It’s beautiful on the inside, roomy, has everything you need and let me tell you about the view! It’s practically beach front, beautiful!! The pool is the BEST pool that we’ve had! Everything about this place is perfect, it’s definitely a home away from home!! 10 ⭐️s! This house will be our go to home when we are at Holden!! Thank you for the BEST vacation!!

We had such an amazing vacation in Holden and this beautiful home played a huge part in that. It was perfect for our extended family in every way! The kitchen is well stocked and amazing to make big meals and enjoy at the large dining room table. The views from everywhere are beautiful but especially off the second floor deck. The pool was a huge hit and we used it daily. Night swimming was the best with the fun lights and having a yard space to play corn hole was great! The beds were all comfortable. We loved the huge showers in the two master bathrooms and really enjoyed the rain showers. The couch was comfy and perfect for playing games with the family. There were plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, a beach umbrella and a wagon to make bringing things over to the beach easier. It was so nice having the beach access right across the street. The property is exactly as described, and truly exceeded our expectations. Derek and Kimmy were super easy to get ahold of when needed and are very kind! Our only regret is that we didn’t book it for more than one week!! Do not hesitate to stay at this property!

We loved every single thing about our stay!! Easy walk to a beautiful beach. Lots of beach chairs and an umbrella available to use. Wonderfully equipped kitchen. Open, bright floor plan. Lots of roomy bedrooms to accommodate our party of 8. The pool was even better than pictured. The views from the decks were amazing. Our entire party (including the teenagers) were gushing about this stay. The location was close to grocery, beach souvenir shops, and restaurants. Loved it!!

My family and I had a great time. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Comfort was not a problem and we spent most evenings gathering in the large kitchen/living area to talk, play games, and watch TV. Got the pool option, which really added to the stay. Could not have been better. I would highly recommend this place. Plenty of room to park, get to the beach easily, and the elevator was a major help.

This house was exactly as listed! Beautiful home and great for the whole family. The stairs were a little scary with little kids, but we found a baby gate which was very helpful! The quick walk to the beach was perfect with kids. The owners were amazing with responding when we had questions, and the pool was great! We will be back ❤️🏖

The house is in the perfect location. Exceptionally clean. Perfect size for our families. Decorated beautifully. Everything was in working order. Beach toys, chairs and a wagon to help out for the beach! We have searched for a repeat location for our beach week and we found it! See you next year!
