  • Welcome to Top Cabin II, a beautifully renovated coastal retreat tucked among the dunes of Holden Beach. Thoughtfully redesigned from top to bottom, this spacious home blends modern comfort with classic beach charm, making it the perfect destination for family vacations, friends' getaways, and relaxing seaside escapes.

    The bright, open-concept living area is designed for gathering after a day in the sun, featuring comfortable sectional seating, stylish coastal décor, and a large TV for movie nights or catching the big game. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and bar seating for three, making meal preparation both easy and enjoyable.

    Each of the four well-appointed bedrooms includes its own TV and private en suite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for every guest.

    Step outside and discover the home's standout features. Spend your days cooling off in the private swimming pool, relaxing on the expansive wraparound covered porch, or enjoying the peaceful marsh views from the rear deck. With ample outdoor seating and a large dining table, it's the perfect setting for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or family dinners in the coastal breeze.

    Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby walking trail, while beachgoers will enjoy quick and easy access to the sand. During June, July, and August, guests may use their own golf cart to conveniently travel to and from the beach, with private parking available at the home.

Great house! Layout, location and pool area were wonderful! Had a little mishap with the communication on golf cart but they handled it very quickly for us. House needs a little work but it didn’t impact the quality of our stay. The house was a bit humid inside, sheets felt damp. Bedding, toiletries were great and kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Our family had a wonderful stay.

Perfect peaceful retreat!

This home sits on a quiet corner with a view of the IC and access to a nature path and a small park nearby. The beach access is a quick bike or cart ride away. The pool was fantastic, and the patio area has plenty of sun and shade options along with an outdoor shower and bathroom. The home has every kitchen amenity you could ask for, and it was the perfect space for our family. The deck areas are comfortable and inviting places for coffee and meals and there is even a large sofa perfect for a good book. This was an absolutely wonderful place to relax for the week.

Amazing home where wonderful memories were made

This was one of our favorite homes we've ever rented! The beds were super comfortable, the furnishings and pool were great, and there was plenty of room for all of us. We LOVED the wrap around porch and spent a lot of time eating, reading, & playing games together there! We really appreciated the golf cart provided which made carrying everything to and from the beach so easy! We hope to stay here again!

One of the nicest Houses we have ever stayed in. Beautifully Remodeled. Loved the wrap around Balconies and outside furniture. The pool was also very beautiful and was perfect for our family of 10. Everyone in the area was very polite and considerate. Highly recommend this Vacation Home!

Wonderful family vacation!

6 adults and 4 kiddos. We had an amazing week at Top Cabin II! The huge wrap around porch with tons of comfortable outdoor seating was fantastic. Super clean. Right next to a cool nature trail and right around the corner from Sailfish Park, which is great for fishing. Short golf cart ride to the beach access. The pool area was also amazing. Highly recommend. Thank you for a terrific stay!

We loved the porch and pool area. Kitchen is very well stocked. Location isn’t bad it’s a 1/2 mile walk to the beach. Since we stayed in a month the golf cart is not available that was a little inconvenient. Would be nice to have the option for the golf cart. Home could use some maintenance

Loved the individual room AC control! Home beautifully decorated and fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Pool and outdoor furniture so very nice! Underneath area provided some shelter from sun for family games. Loved! 💕. (VACASA very prompt and attentive to questions/needs)

Fabulous Beach House!

We just finished our annual family beach vacation today---6 adults and 3 kids. This is our first time going to Holden Beach and we loved it! This house didn't disappoint! We have probably rented 20+ houses over the last 15 years and the kitchen in this one was definitely the best stocked. The have every small appliance imaginable. The bedrooms were comfy---all 4 have ensuite full baths. We loved the open floor plan. The covered wrap around porch made this one of my all time favorite houses EVER! We have 3 grandkids (ages 10, 7, and 2) and they loved hanging on the porch when we weren't at the beach or the awesome pool---even riding scooters on the porch. The porch has so many chairs that there was always a place that you could sneak off and read a book or make a phone call (several of us had to work occasionally from the house). Early each morning we would get the 2 yr old from the grandkids' bunkbed room and sit on the back covered porch and watch/listen to all of the birds. We especially love houses that have individual mini-split heat pump units in the bedrooms. It's so easy to control the temp according to the occupants' comfort level. We appreciated having the golf cart "limo"---I think it is available June-August. It was so easy to drive to the public access (917 Ocean Blvd W) and drop off the beach chairs, etc then go back to the house to get the rest of the gang. This house comes with a private golf cart parking spot in a vacant lot at 934 Ocean Blvd W. After dropping everyone off, I would park in the lot and walk back to the public beach access. Sailfish Park is just around the corner. The grandkids enjoyed going there each evening. Sailfish is a beautiful place to watch both sunrise and sunset. I can't think of anything that I would change about this house.
