Picture yourself soaking in your private hot tub, enveloped in relaxation and serenity, while taking in the breathtaking views. Bring the boat, bring the dog, and get ready to make this vacation your best one yet!

Walking into this charming home you will be greeted with an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with views galore. The large windows allow for a warm coastal vibe to flow throughout creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for entertaining. The well stocked kitchen features modern appliances perfect for the chef in your family to create delightful meals to enjoy together in the dining room. For those who enjoy outdoor dining, take your meals to the uncovered deck to enjoy under the umbrella at the picnic table listening to the waves in the background with the cool ocean breeze in the air. The living room allows for a comfortable space to indulge in your favorite movies and snacks or simply unwinding from a day of adventures.

Accommodating up to 8 guests you will find that everyone is well rested and ready for a fun-filled day at the beach. Bedroom #1 is a private oasis featuring a queen bed, TV, and private bathroom. Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed, and TV. Bedroom #3 features 2 twin beds, and designated work space, sharing a hall bathroom with bedroom #2. You will also find a queen sleeper sofa in the living room (linens not provided).

The outdoor space of this canal home is a true treasure. Whether you are swimming, kayaking, or fishing your private canal dock provides endless possibilities for water-based fun. After a day filled with activities, unwind on the back deck overlooking the peaceful canal or sit on the front covered deck taking in the view of the Intracoastal Waterway watching the boats pass by with your go to beverage in hand. Take your four-legged friend for a walk on the shore with the beach access located down Swordfish Dr and across Ocean Blvd. This charming canal home is sure to keep you coming back year after year!

Pet Friendly: $250 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. The house was not as posted the stairs both front and back were rotten and bottom step was perched on a brick which made them unsafe. When we let the company know they just said they couldn't do anything unless the owner allowed so they rent as is. The cabinets in kitchen were worn out two didn't shut and one was the trash cabinet. The drawers were worn out as well. The outside handrails in the back had nails sticking up that would catch your hand and get cut so I was constantly warning the children. Unfortunately non of this was of interest to Proactive Vacation Rentals. The location was awesome and that presented a good time. Dock was in good shape.

This was a Mother’s Day Trip for my Mom, my daughters and me. We’ve been through 9 months of really difficult times. The house is in a pretty location but it was so nasty. It looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned I. Years.

Great view, quiet street

We enjoyed our stay at Flip, Flop, Fly. The view of the waterway from the front porch was so lovely and it was great to be tucked away on a quiet dead end street. We had two issues pop up during our stay and they were both resolved very quickly. We were so impressed with the prompt response from the property management company. The house is well equipped and comfortable. The back deck is great, outdoor shower was so convenient and the canal dock had us wishing we had a boat. We had a wonderful time at Golden Holden.

Don't waste your money

This home is filthy and in need of serious renovations. The entire home smells like a combination of wet dog and dirty basement. Spiders and insects through the home and it hasn't been deep cleaned in years. Floorboards are rotten and most of the furniture needs thrown out or donated. The hot tub is functioning but missing parts and attracts serious mosquitoes. The beach is not in walking distance for small children and the steps, garage/basement area should be avoided

Relaxing Summer Fun

Great location and direct views of the ICW. The beach walk was doable and utilized the beach buggy. Nice and spacious and the hot tub was an extra bonus.
