This designer home is perfect for larger families. It is steps from the beach and your own private heated pool in the backyard to relax and enjoy Holden Beach. (There is a $100 per day rate to heat the pool - Advance notice is required and must include check in day) Sleeps up to 10 with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, outdoor pool shower, deck with ocean view and pergola with BBQ & fire table. One row from Ocean Blvd. and a short walk to the public beach access. Holden Beach has plenty of room to spend the day on the sand & in the waves and enjoy the incredible sunsets each night.

Cute house with a great pool and outdoor living space, only a short walk to the beach. The indoor living space is tight for a full house but more than adequate. FYI the laundry is in one of the bedrooms.

The pictures taken at this property were taken in another era. Unfortunately this property is not light and airy as suggested in photos. Upon opening the door, we were slammed with the undeniable odor or mold. So strong was the mustiness, that before I was able to say something, my six year old exclaimed "we can't stay here, we can't breathe! The mustiness is so bad." It was so thick you could immediately taste it. There was visible mold in several places, very obvious to the naked eye. When I message the host, his basic response was "have you seen how many 5 star reviews we have?" Well, here's a 1 star review to warn you from ruining your vacation. We slept outside on the patio furniture 3 of the nights because it was making us so sick. If you have sensitivity to mold, please go elsewhere. Also, there are no vent fans in any of the bathrooms. That's not passable in a dry climate, but at the beach, that's inconceivable. Only 3 of the windows opened in the place and there were no screens. So it's basically a rotting box. The back area is amazing and it exceeded our expectations, but not when you couldn't be in the house. Dave at Suncoast Management was top notch and brought us a dehumidifier and an ozone machine. We emptied the dehumidifier 5 x a day if that says anything. Unless they remediate, save yourself a failed vacation..This is the case of painting over and covering up something falling apart. Run! Here are some pictures of the mold.

What a great space! The house was perfect for our small family gathering of 7 1 baby. The pool and outdoor area was awesome. Paying to heat the pool this time of year was worth it. Another plus, there were 3 bikes there and plenty of beach chairs and pool toys too. We'll be back!

So fun we booked it again!

Had the best time at the Copa! The heated pool was so nice and used every day! We loved the short walks to the beach and how cozy the property felt! The owners provided bikes which were definitely a favorite feature! There was plenty of space (3 adults & 1 infant). The back porch was so spacious and included a gate to block of the steps down to the pool which was perfect to keep our little guy from falling. The fire pit by the pool was so nice as well as the comfy furniture provided next to it! We couldn’t quite figure out how to turn on the hanging lights at night, but the pool light was just enough to light up the whole pool! We already booked another stay at the Copa & we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Location

The home was just perfect for what we were looking for! The location to the beach and local restaurants were an added bonus. The outdoor area was where we spent most of the time, we paid to have the pool heated and it was definitely worth it. We really enjoyed our evenings spent out under the pergola around the fire pit and mornings enjoying the large deck. The home was clean and very accommodating! The Beds were comfortable and the seating and space was ample for a large group. We would definitely stay at The Copa gain! Hayden was great to communicate with and responded quickly!

Backyard is Amazing

The home is beautifully decorated. We appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals.The backyard made our trip. One day we stayed outside all day in or around the pool. Best trip in a long time. You will want to book The Copa for your next vacation.

Our family felt transported to Rio during our stay at the Copa! The owners have thought of every detail, from a well stocked kitchen to mesmerizing decor. We celebrated my birthday with Kabobs on the professional outdoor kitchen while my granddaughters, 2 and 4, swam with their Papa! Every member of our family wants to return next year! This place was wonderful. The pool was amazing and the house was very clean and really nice inside. They even ha kids floats and toys and beach bikes that me and my wife used a couple of days. Highly recommend!

Lovely home in Holden Beach

We enjoyed our stay at The Copa. The home was a great size for us (my husband, myself, and our two 16-year-olds.) The home has a cozy open floorplan, and good-sized bedrooms, with three baths. (2 ensuite, 1 Jack and Jill.) (I'll mention here that the coffee maker takes cone filters because we were wondering about that before we arrived.) The photos are accurate. In fact, I think the photos of the backyard/pool area don't do it justice. The sitting area with a pergola is lovely. The pool is well-maintained. We were there in early September and didn't need it to be heated. The house is located a short walk from beautiful Holden Beach. It's also across the street from an open field where deer gathered at dusk...so cute! I would definitely return to The Copa, and recommend it for small-medium families or friend groups.

Gorgeous House and Perfect Location

My husband, 6 year old son, and I just enjoyed a magical week at The Copa. As soon as we walked in and saw the beautiful rooms we were shocked at how detailed and thoughtful the entire house is. It is perfectly set up for multiple families or friends and everyone would have plenty of space and privacy if needed. The host left us a gift bag of essentials which was so appreciated. My family enjoyed the pool the most - it was super clean and plenty of pool floats to use. We loved being outside - and you could easily hear the ocean from this house as well as see it from certain parts of the deck. The ocean is a quick walk - and you can walk down the street to get ice cream or head to some restaurants which I wasn’t expecting. I believe that was a quarter of a mile. The only thing that may be a possible improvement are softer sheets and pillows - the duvets and comforters were lovely and soft, sheets not quite as soft. But this is a small thing and overall each room had impeccable design. It felt like a resort! We will definitely be back!

Relaxing and Family Friendly

Enjoyed our stay and relaxing in the pool with the grandchildren. Beach, restaurants and other activities all within walking distance. First time at Holden Beach and would definitely consider staying at the Copa on a return visit.

The Copa is Amazing

This is an awesome place if you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway. My family of four enjoyed a wonderful stay, the Copa was well stocked and is a very short walk to the beach. The pool is refreshing and is maintained bi-weekly. The owner and property manager were very responsive before and during our stay. We ran out of gas for the grill and within minutes of reaching out Dave the manger was there dropping off more. The outdoor kitchen is setup is no longer as pictured in on VRBO it is just the grill and work table with a dry sink. The house clean and well maintained, with so many spaces to enjoy time with family both inside and out. They also had everything we needed for a day at the beach, toys for the kids, a trolley, umbrella, and chairs. We would absolutely return and recommend this property 10 out of 10 times!

Fabulous Stay at Holden Beach

We loved this beach rental! Hayden, the owner, was timely, professional and kind to work with. This home was very well stocked from the kitchen to the pool and beach toys, chairs and cart. The outdoor seating areas were awesome and nicely accommodated our family. Great location and short walk to the beach which we loved finding seashells as big as our palms. Highly recommend!
