    This inviting oceanfront beach cottage has a covered front porch, an oceanfront screened-in porch, a sundeck at the house, and a second sundeck with benches near the ocean. The main level of the cottage has an open floor plan, perfect for family togetherness, and features a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms, and one and a half baths. The cottage's ground level has a comfortable family room with ample seating, a game area, and one bedroom and a bath.

    Please note that the ground level room does not have interconnecting stairs to the main level of the home, you must go outside to access this area.

Fun family vacation!

This was an older home, but had very comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and terrific water pressure! The outside enclosed shower was great! The back porch was nice for enjoying morning coffee. The location was good and the neighbors were quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

This property was an adorable house that comfortably housed 4 adult guests. It was perfect for our needs. I especially loved the screened-in porch and the sitting area down the dock. Would love to stay here again!

House was very nice but could use some updates. The location is wonderful. I found so many great shells. I would rent this house again we just need a bigger living area.

Location, location, location!

I LOVED this place! Being able to walk out to the beach at any moment was magical. Was hoping to catch some sea turtles hatching but the nest wasn’t ready. Can’t wait to come back next year!

This is our second stay at this house. We love the location. It is not fancy and we don't want fancy. We love the house too. We are planning on staying next year too. Yes it needs some TLC but it is perfect for us.

Great little cottage

This little oceanfront cottage is very well stocked with everything you need. ❤️ My 18yr old loved having her own space downstairs with microwave and mini fridge. The walk to beach is short and we loved the sitting area half way for nice sunsets. The porch was amazing! Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven!

Perfect, again!

This was my second time here at Myers Moorings, and it didn't disappoint this year either! You can't get any closer to the ocean, it's perfect for two or 3 couples, a small family or in my case an old friend for half the trip and golf with the guys the second half. You will find bigger, newer, homes but the value of this BEACHFRONT house is tough to beat. Highly recommend, especially in the fall!

Amazing Stay!!

Beautiful view from the back breezeway!!! Right on the beach. Had everything at the house we could have thought to bring. Close to many shopping areas and restaurants. If you like a more secluded family friendly destination, this is for you!!!

Very accommodating. Quick response to issues during our stay. Vacasa personnel stayed on top of things when contacted. Professionalism was really appreciated.

Would stay again!

We had stayed her about 10 years ago. We decided to stay again because we like it and the price is great! I have 2 young adults and 1 elementary school age daughters. The older love staying downstairs!!! We would love to stay a 3rd time!!!

Loved this house! Beach access was amazing!

This house was perfect for our family. It was cozy enough to spend time together but enough room between upstairs and downstairs that we could spread out. This was the most well-stocked rental I have ever stayed in! There were plenty of kitchen cookware, dishes and utencils which was nice because we cooked every meal. The sand toys for kids was a nice surprise as well and came in handy! Our favorite part overall was the outdoor seating areas! Such a nice place to spend time with family. I would highly recommend booking this quaint beach cottage!

Perfect

What didn't we like. Beach front! Charming, cozy. Close to restaurants, short drive to golf courses. Did I mention beach front? You can pay more money and find somewhere with more room, more bells and whistles. But for us it was just right 👍.

Clean, cute but has quirks

Adorable cottage with all the basics. But the tilted floors and stairs are not for anyone with balance issues. No fans in any bathroom do shower quickly or steam up the house. Separate downstairs is great for private time for small kids or teenagers.

On the Beach

Great Location on the beach. This is an older home with a small kitchen, half sized dishwasher, no ice maker, the wooden walkway needed repairs. The steps to connect upstairs and downstairs are outside. The furniture in the lower level looks old and dirty. We were late booking and were grateful to get a house on the beach, but I wouldn’t choose it again if there were other choices.

Needs upgrades and repairs

The beds slept horrible. The tile in front of the bottom unit shower was broken In several places. The pillows were old and flat and the downstairs unit smelled of mold or it had been wet at some time. Comforters on the beds need replacing. The furniture is very dated. The location and closeness to the beach was excellent. The house was clean. Really need to invest in good mattresses.

Not so great

The air conditioner didn’t work properly the entire 2 weeks. They attempted to fix it twice without success and then told me that they couldn’t do anything about it. So the temp in the house stayed around 77 degrees which made for an uncomfortable stay. The furniture was dirty and stained. We threw blankets over them so it didn’t look so bad. This house needs a lot of updates and repairs. We will not stay here again.

cozy lawsuit.

it was nice to wake up on the beach, but you definitely didn't sleep well, the beds are about as hard as a sheet of plywood. when you do wake up. watch your feet on the back deck/walkway to the beach. you are likely to cut your feet on a a ron of screws not put in all the way. it was cozy, but definitely was not worth the money we paid for it. the showers were awful. I've never seen a shower with an AC vent at your head. and the upstairs shower didn't drain well, and the tile wasn't finished. the whole place really needs an update. love holden beach! the weather eas great
