If 'al fresco' dining is your vibe, there is also a brand new trex dining set right off the kitchen, overlooing the pool, and the most beautiful sunsets in the evening, that seats 6 as well! The living room features comfortable furnishings with charming nautical decor throughout, as well as a brand new queen Serta sleeper sofa, to accomodate more guests! You will also find a large master bedroom on the second floor with a private bathroom with a double vanity. Venture downstairs to discover 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms all tastefully decorated with coastal decor. A secondary living area welcomes you for a peaceful escape with your favorite novel, and also features a brand new queen Serta sleeper sofa! There is a Smart TV in every bedroom, as well as the living room and den on the first floor!

Outside, paradise awaits! Dip into your private swimming pool with poolside loungers allowing you to soak up the sun with the soothing waves in the distance. Sandy Feet Retreat also has a huge outdoor shower, and a fully fenced in backyard, making it a perfect spot for your furry friends to run around! A brand new trex dining table awaits under the pergola by the pool, making for a perfect spot for happy hour, or board games later with the kids! A charcoal grill is available, as well as a beach wagon, making the stroll to the beach super easy! Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.

This home is beautiful and everything it seems to be online and more. My main complaint is that it is an inverted floor plan (which it clearly stated!! ) and everything is on the top floor. This is not the fault of the advertisement, we just did not realize how much climbing that many stairs would hurt our older knees. This place REALLY needs a lift or an elevator! However, our dogs were happy with the fenced in yard and we were happy with everything else once we got the stairs out of the way.
