Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, this stunning vacation home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private swimming pool, an outdoor Tiki Bar, and an elevator, making it the perfect coastal getaway for families and groups alike.

With an inverted floor plan, Sea You Soon comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The first level offers three well-appointed bedrooms, along with a cozy sitting area complete with a coffee bar and wine cooler—an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

The second level showcases a bright, open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, accented with charming nautical décor. The living room includes a queen sofa bed (linens not provided), and the kitchen is equipped with a countertop ice maker for added convenience. The master bedroom on this level features direct balcony access, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze.

Step outside to soak up the sun by the private pool, sip a refreshing drink at the Tiki Bar, or relax on one of the covered porches while taking in the island views. Beach access is conveniently located between 205–207 OBW, just a short walk away. After your beach day, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

For weekly rentals, bed linens (for bedroom beds only) and towels are provided.

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***
