Mar-Y-Sol. Sea and Sun. Enjoy both from the many decks. Well maintained with a private pool, floating dock and fish sink. The house backs up to a canal. Upstairs loft has a day bed with trundle for extra accommodations. Open floor plan with cathedral ceiling in great room, well-equipped kitchen, many Smart TVs, super fast WiFi, Alexa-enabled music, Jacuzzi bathtub, W/D, hot water outdoor shower, lots of outdoor furniture. The 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor each have their own bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Water views from every room!! Great beach access. Bring your family and enjoy!!! Bed linens and towel sets are provided.

The house was awesome. Everything worked as it should. Only problem was outside rocking chairs broke on back deck and the dock needs some repair work on it.

It was just as promised. Close beach access, comfy living space, clean and nice and cool. The weather cooperated with us, so we got to use the pool every day. Holden beach is an annual tradition- this year was great!

What a super vacation property!

The rental process was smooth as well as any other communication with the owner. Very clean and well furnished property. Loved the pool and the dock. Only about a 5 min walk and you are on the beach. Definitely recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Holden Beach at Marysol. Al was great with responsiveness if we needed to contact him. The house was in a great location just a few blocks to the pier. The property was clean, well stocked, and the pool was a hit with the kids and adults when we decided not to go to the beach. Beach access to the right of the home was a short walk. We will definitely be back.

Great Location and Everything You Need

Communication with host was excellent, great location to beach access and canal. Plenty of room for everyone to have space, kitchen had everything you could need, we have stayed at many different places in Holden and this was by far the most accommodating. We will definitely stay here again, mainly because our host checked in with us multiple times to ensure we had a great experience.

Great location and pool; property needs some tlc

The location on the canal and second row from the ocean was ideal as was the pool. The house layout is good, too. The interior and furniture are dated with some pieces broken. Additionally, the house could use a deep clean. A deck off of one of the bedrooms was under repair, so unusable. We’d love to visit here again but would hope the cleaning and repair issues would be resolved.

Quiet relaxing trip

Holden Beach was a nice, quiet little town. This house is located a short walk to the beach. The private pool was nice and we were able to see a sea turtle from the private dock. The home had all the standard equipment as needed for a week-long stay. Our listing said there was a hot tub and had a picture of a gas grill, neither were included but the owner was very responsive when I brought those issues up and the listing has been edited. There is a charcoal grill. Overall the house was nice and perfect for our family.

Great view, private pool and easy access to beach and inlet

The host was very accommodating and provided excellent directions to make it easy to get into the house after a long drive. There is plenty of room to sprawl out in the house. The view from the crow's nest is awesome. The pool was great, and the access to the inlet was a welcome surprise.

Great Beach Week

Second time at this place and won't be the last. Everything is as advertised. Had an issue with the dryer and it was fixed in less than 24hrs. Al is a great host, we look forward to next summer.

Needs updates

Property photos are accurate but the property needs some updates to the bathrooms, kitchen and furniture. There were issues with bugs and the upstairs toilet that were brought to the owners attention. Property is close to the beach and the pool was great.

Our Easter Break

Our stay was fantastic and we enjoyed every minute. The roof top is perfect for extra windy days and star filled nights!! The heated pool was definitely worth it and we will enjoy a stay in Holden again!! Thank you!!

Great time had by all

The place was very clean and neat. Very well stocked. Grandkids enjoyed fishing off the dock and everyone enjoyed the pool. Walk to beach access was a bit challenging with children. Would recommend to guests, a beach cart/wagon that would make it much easier.

Cute and convenient!

The house is clean and has a great open floor plan with plenty of room for family and friends to gather and play. Every room has its own TV and Roku setup, and the loft leads out to a widow’s walk for fantastic stargazing. The kitchen is a little tight, but what one isn’t with 8+ people staying in a house? Public beach access is close by, and the pier and general store (and ice cream!) are only a few blocks away as well. The owner was prompt and polite in all communications. This house will definitely will be on our list to stay again in the future!
