”The only negative point is that the AC is set at a very low temperature. It's an on or off AC : no possibility to set the temperature at a desired degree or strength of air flow. It's really freezing as you enter the room. One night is enough to catch a cold! ”

”Easy to access if you have a car, with good parking lots. You cannot however walk anywhere from the hotel but need the above mentioned car or taxi. The room was a bit small (in Omani price/quality standards) and the hotel as such a bit outdated. They serve ok breakfast, but that is also a bit messy (go for the omelettes). No hard feelings, but the hotel is only ok. As the options are few in Sur, I could go again.”

”This hotel is a bit of out the way from downtown Sur. The price is right but the beds were uncomfortable, the bathrooms were extremely basic and the main room included plastic deck chairs as part of its furniture complement. Even though this hotel states that it accepts payment by credit card, the reception workers complained and did everything they could to dissuade me from using one which kind of put a bad taste in my mouth.”
