”We had such a wonderful stay at this property. Super clean and spacious with 6 adults, 1 six month old and a dog it was the perfect house. Mandy was very efficient with communication and making our stay very comfortable. Being our first time staying at Batemans Bay we loved the walk from Surfside into town everyday and Mandy gave us some recommendations on what to see/do. Can’t wait to stay again soon ”

”This place was ideally situated for us - close to beach and a short drive to town. Quiet area. The house was very spacious but could do with an update in furnishings and above all a new sink! Airconitioning woulfd have been good too, as it was very humid and the house was not well ventilated. The mainthing it lacked was outdoir furniture, and somewhere to cook outdoors. While it did have a bbq it was downstairs in the garage and too big and heavy to bri g outside. There was a lovely paved area...

”Overall our stay was very pleasant and the holiday house felt like home. The kids were entertained with the variety of board games as well as the many activities. The balcony setting was also our favourite spot during meal times and watching the sunsets. This was a very enjoyable holiday and we look forward to returning again.”
