”The place was very accessibly to the city centre. The room was very clean, but some of the decor was a little tired. The bed was so comfortable. Lits of hot water for the shower.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money”

”It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated.
As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room.
Although better, the room did not...

”The property was a mixture of good and bad.
We stayed at Prosper House a few years ago and we liked it. It seems to have got quite worn since then.
The halls are quite scruffy, carpet stained, rubbish in the corners.
Now to the accommodation. The sofa and beds are comfortable. The linens were clean. But the sofa was stained. The floors didnt seem clean, my socks were black.
There was mould in the bathroom due to the fact that the fan is so rattly everyone must turn it off at hearing the awful...

”I recently stayed here with my two children and this was the first time we have stayed in an apartment instead of a hotel. The communication from Jamie was highly responsive and he answered all of my questions promptly. Our initial impression of the property is that it was very clean, the fridge was immaculate and bedding very clean plus there is a washing machine, which made life easier with my two messy eaters. It is surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the train station and a local...

”We rarely give bad reviews, but the ad misrepresents or omits comfort and safety issues. Never met the host (evidently a company with several properties); exchanged emails with a manager, who responded promptly. Good:-Good manuals-Fully equipped kitchen—except for the lack of a dishwasher. -Location (the principal reason we rented the space) Is very good.Problematic, misrepresented, or just annoying:-Bathroom pictures do not show that shower and sink are on a raised level to the rest of the...

”A great little apartment in the heart of Tombland in Norwich. We’ve stayed in local hotels previously so knew the area.
A very clean apartment on the second floor of the block. Secure parking and a secluded spot. A short walk in to the heart of Norwich with a selection of bars and restaurants.”

”Stayed for a festival out at Earlham Park. Did not have a vehicle, buses to from Norwich and the Uni are quite convenient. Walked most days. 1 mile to Earlham, 2 miles to Norwich. The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedroom space, kitchen was clean and well appointed. Common living space is a little sparce, but we spent little time outside of sleeping, so not an issue in the least. 15 minutes by Uber to the airport. There's a Tesco and a Food Coop a short walk through the...

”Great location. Easy walk into the city centre. A couple of bars directly outside so a bit of noise until closing time. However we were out so it didn't effect our stay. The apartment is a bit tired and could do with new csrpets and a refresh. But a great bolthole for q city break. One full bathroom and an ensuite with shower. Made it perfect for 2 couples. Would highly recommend ”
