”I would rate this hotel as superb with one major exception: the fan noise from the AC. On my second night I woke up and decided to download a decibel meter. It measured 87 decibels. According to AI this is a level that can damage your hearing if exposed for 8 hours or more. I'm a building professional, and I believe this is due to one of, or combinations of, three things: the fan is oversized; the duct is undersized; or the fan is not appropriate for this application.”

Our room was next to the freeway back there was some freeway noise as well.”

”Worst customer service front desk staff I’ve ever encountered . I’m pretty sure buzzing in we woke the reception guy up . He literally yawned every word he mumbled and didn’t even try to conceal it, acted like we were a bother. I’m not bothered by unhoused individuals from living in Los Angeles but if you’re nervous about it or the belongings in your car this might not be the place for you .”

”Overall a terrible experience! My room smelled really bad. A strong oder of chlorox bleach mixed with a fowl oder. When I went to check out, The man at the front desk was helping a customer getting her a lid for her coffee. She said to him that her room had no black coffee, just an empty bag with no coffee. He did absolutely nothing, said nothing to her. I also had to wait outside awhile he locked the office to check my room so I could get my deposit back. I do not recommend this place to...
