”The rooms have been updated with new appliances. the room was nicely done. The new microwave was apparently a dud. I called the staff and within 5 minutes they had a brand new one. The staff was very attentive. Asked us many times if we needed anything or if all was well. They cleaned the room very nicely. No odd smells. Was a bit noisy outside from other guests but not obnoxious. Beds were very comfortable. Hot shower :-) They really dont do free breakfast. For the price its well worth it. I...

”The property was well maintained. Unit was perfect for what we were looking for. Owner was very responsive when we needed to contact her and very sweet. We ended up needing to extend our stay and it was easy to do. ”

”They’re renovating their property but key items like tubs and vanities were not included and should’ve been, there was no place for our luggage, no outlets by the beds to plug in electronics, door had a huge gap in it, millipedes were coming from the tub drain and where they had painted the room and not ventilated properly afterwards it was overwhelming strong not to mention the man who had frequent visitors all night in the back of the parking lot.”

”I had surgery at the Optim Orthopedics center. Our stay at "Cypress" Cottage was within walking distance of the center. Very clean cottage and everything was in good working order. Would recommend this little compound to anyone who has the need to stay in the area.”
