”After 16 hours of travel Arrived Jamaica night time to be told by accommodation caretaker "no electricity so best not to come". Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. We expected 1 bedroom entire apartment, instead poky room and share amenities, a guest already there. Looks like building site in front, ugly shack for view. Church almost adjoining which apparently gets really loud....

”Very clean the host is very nice and they have a little store for snacks and refreshments along with complimentary snacks and appliances. The host had new tooth brushes, tooth paste, sanitary pads, condoms, soap ect…. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars was because it was pretty hot. There is an AC unit and a fan but it doesn’t reach the room so I slept in the living room. Maybe if you leave the windows open the air will circulate ”
