”Host was excellent to communicate with and replied in a timely manner. Location was good, Strange smell in bedroom, very dirty in bathroom, corners and behind/under everything, booked for 5 adults and only had 2 queen beds(no pullout couch). Lots of damage in suite, kitchen drawer broken, fan making loud noise, scratches, dents and pealing paint. Barely any kitchen utensils. Two bath towels provided for 5 people.”

The listing mentioned on-site parking, but we had to find street parking and carry our belongings over couple of meters to the basement, even though there was space for two vehicles and the host did not allow us to park. Vrbo charged for cleaning while booking, but the place was not properly cleaned. The toilet was dirty (hair, tissues, and dirt -have evidence), and we had to request wipes to clean it ourselves. "The location and free shuttle bus were good. The staff in the restaurant downstairs were great. It's worth trying the French fries in the restaurant. They were on point. On the downside, I have to say that the shower was completely out of soap and both coffee cups were dirty. You can hear in the room, when airplanes are landing and takeoff, but that's part of the deal when it's an airport hotel. :)"
