”Absolutely the best hotel I have ever been in. The views were breathtaking from the Double Comfort room, in the direction of Koto. The hotel is located on the top floors (33-36) of the building and the hotel itself felt very luxurious. Staff were very kind, also in the same building there is two subway stations which were great to get around the city. Toyosu as an area felt safe and very clean and upscale. The large public bath was also amazing and relaxing. I literally have nothing bad to say...

They replace anything you need in your room like emptying trash, replacing towels, and changing bed sheets if desired. ”This was the perfect hotel for us to wind down our time in Japan. The room was wonderful as it had a seating area for us to relax and the beds -2 bunks and 2 queens fit our entire group very comfortably. The convenience to public transport was incredibly easy, though we preferred to walk to most all of the sites we wanted to see. It was a great location to see so many parts of the city! Would highly recommend.”

”It's a newer hotel with very clean rooms. The location is fairly good with a short walk to the subway station. Not too far from HND by taxi, either. The 24-hr coin laundry is also very clean and well maintained. We are only a bit disappointed not seeing Japanese breakfast in the morning.”
