”This was such a quaint and beautiful hotel in the heart of a busy city. I loved the Victorian era decorations and felt transported in time. At first we felt a little overwhelmed by the peacock wallpaper in our room but it grew on us, the bed was amazingly comfortable my husband and I had amazing sleep. The shower had strong pressure and was quick to heat up. They offered paid parking in a lot nearby that was also very convenient and worth the cost. We also absolutely loved the elevator with...

”A little noisy 9-10 o’clock out in the 4th floor hallway. I had to check our door 3-4 times as I thought someone was trying to break-in. Nothing seen. May have been a guest in & out of their room not being considerate of others.”

”I had issues (twice...) with the codes not working when trying to enter my room which made me feel unsafe especially when this happened midnight. Reception is not open after 10pm so I received help via Whatsapp and staff was helpful. Other things that lower my rating were the metal beds that made a lot of noise. Also the whole floor only had 2 showers working. I have never had to wait to shower in hostel before. I wish toilets had more hooks to put towels/clothes in and rooms had mirrors....
