”What we liked was the location. To shops in town and restaurants. Things that should be improved. The lighting in the kitchen was horrid cobwebs around the lights. The water pressure taking a shower was not good. Since this is a dog friendly location. It would be best if the carpets were ripped up and just wood floor be put down. The carpet was dirty and covered up with a rug”

”What a wonderful stay in Suttons Bay. The home was a cosy cottage feel, it had everything we needed and plenty of living space. The location was perfect, easy to walk into town and close to hiking and biking trails. Fun shops to visit and great food. We definitely recommend!”

”Beautiful home with a perfect amount of space for 9 of us, very clean and very well-maintained. Perfect location between Traverse City and Suttons Bay, near countless wineries, cideries and restaurants. Loved having coffee in the morning on the front deck with a glimpse of the bay through the trees and birds singing, the kids (teens) enjoyed kayaking, and we all enjoyed time around the firepit in the evenings. Excellent home to reconnect with family and nature.”

”The accommodations were fine and access to the property was easy. It’s located some distance to restaurants and grocery shopping, but not an inconvenience. One issue we did have was access to the dock. We were lead to believe that it was a part of the property itself even though it was across from a somewhat busy road. We only learned of not having access to it only upon reading rules of the house. Fortunately, we didn’t need the dock, but it would have been nice to see the bay close up.”

”Location was great, a short walk to downtown and the waterfront. The rental was not particularly clean and was probably rushed to market after a low effort flip. Faucets and bath fixtures are not properly installed, door handles are not mounted correctly, light fixtures are limited and its often the equivalent of a plain bulb in the ceiling. Glass top range has not been properly cleaned, and has a crusty brown coating on each burner. Trim was roughly painted, just one of many details...
