”Comfortable and clean room, tasty breakfast, amazing bed (quite firm, so if you like super soft beds, this might not be for you), friendly and knowledgeable staff, there was always an English speaking staff member around. They were able to accommodate all our needs (laundry, taxi, prolonging our stay etc.) Bottled water and bath products included. The only complaint about our room is that the bathroom window opened to the restaurant kitchen storage area. It was quite awkward to do your business...

”I booked the presidential suite. The room was a disappointment. The air conditioning didn't work, and the bathroom door had fallen off and barely worked. The walls also had cracks. We called the reception and they said they'd give us another room. This took about 1,5h, which we had to spend staying in the first room. The second room was better, but it had been cleaned with a very strong chloride detergent and we had to leave the windows open for hours trying to get rid of the smell. Other wise...
