”Beautiful setting, good food and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The building and pools were definitely aging and in need of a facelift. Beach in this area is very rocky and full of seaweed, therefore didnt spend much time in the ocean. I do wish some of the noise from traffic on the road could be blocked, it made sitting on the balcony in the early mornings a little less enjoyable. Long drive from Montego Bay airport, but in my opinion well worth it for the privacy.”

”The beach and overall vibe compensate alot for the negatives. Mainly, the facilities are quite worn down. The buildings all need refreshing. Food in asian restaurant was average at best the other restaurant "feathers" was much better. Great place to just relax and get away but for what they charge they could offer more.”

”Majority of staff were rude and miserable. Unfortunate, because the property is beautiful and relaxing. Experienced six unfavorable occurrences, including a fall in their restaurant, and was only compensated with a cheap bottle of wine. Will never return.”

”Well maintained property that covers so many amenities and activities that you would normally pay extra for at a lesser all inclusive. Friendly staff, beautiful beaches, good air conditioned room. Recommend Heliconia for dinner (IMO better than Otaheite, the only reservation required restaurant).”
