”The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable”

”We stayed in Ceiba because we were doing scuba in Fajardo. This was the perfect lo ation. The condo itself is quite large. The rooftop terrace is amazing to sit and read or lay in the sun. Winnie was easy to communicate with and answered any question we had.”

”Very nice property with pool, surrounded by farms. Very nice apartment owner with great communication. Property security guards are gossipy and do not keep guest information private. They reveal guest coming and going to outside non guests, potentially jeopardizing safety of guest. Should be addressed by management. ”
