”Even though the staff was nice and professional, the hotel rooms and the hotel in general were run-down. The rooms we stayed in had dirty walls, and the mattresses were as hard as rocks. A little paint goes a long way. The staff was super nice; it's just that the hotel was very outdated. We had to stay there due to no vacancy at the other hotels in Big Lake. I probably wouldn't stay here again if it were an option. ”

”The condo was pretty basic overall. The shower head was very old and barely worked, which made it frustrating to use. We also received an email the night before leaving reminding us to check out by 10 AM, even though we had been told we could have a later check out at 11 AM. That left us feeling rushed and a bit disappointed. ”

”This was indeed a cozy condo and we really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our family. The condo was well equipped and decorated. It was exactly what we expected and good value. And there was coffee in the pantry to supplement the small amount I brought.”
