”This hotel was amazing. Rooms gorgeous, beds comfy. But no mini fridge or microwave, you can request for a cost. I loved the heated roof top pool and sauna,especially the fitness center was equipped with state of the art equipment. I loved it! It’s a small mining town turned casino strip, a lot of old history, old buildings. Not much to do if you take children it’s all casinos. I would recommend. ”

Upon check in we inquired about transportation to the Red Rocks and Audrey working the desk gave us the name of a 3rd party service…our driver was wonderful! We mentioned it was our daughter’s birthday and Audrey had sent up a birthday card and dessert for her. Shep’s restaurant was delicious! My husband espcially enjoyed the bison chili. ”30% of parked cars had no permit. The lot was completely full and we drove around for 30 minutes before we found the farthest parking spot away from the door. We paid for the hotel and the parking space. This is inadequate and unwelcome and not customer centric.”
